CARD TRANSACTIONS MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited is a business in the Aviation Safety and Training industry that provides local and international aviation auditing, consulting, and safety reviews. Aviation Training is undertaken worldwide, either in-classroom or virtually.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within one day and delivery confirmed by way of emailed receipt or where applicable, quotation/confirmation of request. The quotation/invoice for payment will include a task and invoice number which both must be used as reference when payment is being made. If a quotation/invoice includes travel to a destination with the cost of accommodation/meals included, all applicable reimbursable costs will be clearly stated.
3. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of services by Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited is subject to availability. In cases of cancellation of a training course, Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited will refund the client in full within 30 days, or alternatively, and subject to receiving prior confirmation, will move the delegate to the next applicable training course date. Cancellation of training bookings or audit/reviews by the client will not attract an administration fee.
However, late training booking cancellations will attract a cancellation fee and late cancellation of audit/reviews will result in the client having to pay for any non-refundable cancellation penalties incurred by Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited for flights and/or other bookings already made.
4. Customer Privacy policy
Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. “Personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 5. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer into the Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited bank account, details of which will be provided on request.
6. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and policy.
7. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Payment can be made with USD or GBP payments as DPO has enabled PAYFX to allow foreign payments to be made.
9. Responsibility
Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of training courses and the audits/reviews.
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, to M05 Building, Bakers Square, De Beers Avenue, Paardevlei, Somerset West 7130.
11. Variation
Litson & Associates (Pty) Limited may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
