Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 16 delegates apply per course.

• Course registrations close 10 days before the start date.
• Courses may be postponed if there are insufficient delegate bookings.
• Any payments made for postponed courses will be refunded in full.
• All bookings must be completed via the L&A online booking system (accessible by clicking the Aviation Training section on the homepage).
• Invoices will be issued upon receipt of an online booking.
• A 50% deposit is required within 2 weeks of invoice receipt to secure enrolment.
• Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to course commencement.

Cancellation terms:

• Up to 20 days before the course: no charge.
• 7–19 days before the course: 50% of the course fee payable.
• Less than 7 days before the course or non-attendance: 100% of the course fee payable.
